Proclean Castle Rock

Sam and Mike came to our home today and cleaned a TV room, sofa and 6 area rugs. They needed a deep clean and Mike did a great job. He was efficient and kept us informed throughout the job. He gave us recommendations for follow up care and upkeep. Our two dogs are now napping on “their” clean couch and we are relaxing in our clean looking and fresh smelling TV room. All the rooms with the area rugs look great. Even two teenaged boys’ bedrooms! We will definitely contact Sam and Mike at ProClean the next time we need carpets, rugs, furniture or our air ducts cleaned. Thanks Sam & Mike!

The best customer support we have ever had. Called ahead to let us know his ETA. Was respectful of our residence. Was able to resolve our issue in a timely fashion. We also appreciated him letting us know of other ways Proclean could be of service to us. Sam was amazing. ProClean is very lucky to have him as an employee. They should clone him.

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. He did a great job on our carpet and took the time to explain to me the process they used with the “Truckmount.” My only complaint is that the web site is a bit misleading in that it states that most furniture will be moved. Most of my furniture is large and heavy and too much for one person to handle so I was expecting a team of two. I feel the price I paid included this part of the service but it was not received. Overall great service
